What if you found out your child still has siblings at her orphanage?

Well my friends Ron and Vickie, who adopted their first child from China (Maddy's orphanage) in 10/2006, just found out that their newest daughter was abandoned with her two brothers.  The orphanage didn't send their paperwork to CCAA as siblings so their files went to different agencies and one of the boys actually aged out of the program and is not eligible for adoption.   Try as they did, they weren't able to return home with all of the kids but they're going back!  For ALL of them!  At least, that's the hope!
