Update on new house

We've decided to make an offer on the new house (see entry below). Our agent will present our offer to the sellers and their agent tomorrow morning. We're were told that the sellers are expecting another offer too. I hope we don't have to go 12 rounds with them! I really love this house but I can't stand the offer / counter offer part of this process.

I'll let you all know when we know something.
